Check-in time 14.00 - We guarantee access to the room no later than the standard time of check-in. In case you are arriving earlier, let us know and we will do our best to prepare your maisonette and accommodate for an early check-in. Alternatively, we will happily store your luggage in the meantime and you will be provided with whatever it would make your waiting time more pleasant.
Check-out time 12:00 - If you wish to request a complimentary late check out, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request. However, complimentary late check out is subject to availability, and we are more than happy to store you bags until your departure time.
Shuttle Service - We provide you with a complimentary pick-up and drop-off shuttle service from/to airport/port.
Allergy, disability and environment - We would like to know your requirements in advance to make sure we can accommodate.
Room Service – Feel free to ask us to deliver your favorite drink, a coffee or any of the tasty dishes from the room service menu in the privacy and comfort of your room (available daily from 11.00 to 21.00).
Daily housekeeping services – Our efficient and diligent housekeeping services will give you peace of mind, and you can breathe knowing that you will arrive to a spotless room.
Laundry & ironing services – If you don't want to spend precious time of your holiday cleaning your clothes, we can do that for you by picking up your dirty laundry and return it the same day fresh clean and folded.
Car/motorbike/boat rental / Boat trips / Restaurant bookings –Our team will be more than happy to assist you in arranging transport, excursions, purchasing specific items that you require during your stay and booking restaurants.
Personalised Service - In case you would like to surprise your loved ones, we will help you decorate the room with everything from flowers to champagne depending on your specific wishes.
Free laptop/printer use service – If you need access to a laptop and/or a printer, don't hesitate to contact the reception team.
Books, yoga mats, umbrellas & folding beach chairs - They can be borrowed free of charge from the reception.
Pet - We do everything to make sure that your pet feels at home. However, we take a few precautions for the sake of all our guests to feel welcome. Therefore, your pet is most welcomed everywhere at our premises, except the breakfast/pool area.
